Walking

Well I guess I have runners knee or I just can't increase my mileage like when I was younger( and more in shape.) WHATEVER! So what I have been doing is walking as fast as I can and avoiding pain. I can complete 2 miles in 35 minutes . I actually ran about 5 minutes tonight. I am trusting that I will get stronger cause I really would like to run but I am willing to embrace my limitations and go with it. I will do this despite my challenges. So my plan is to propell myself in whatever fashion for the prescribed amount of time for each workout and just not sweat it. No pun intended.

  2. Trude--ask Bonny about wearing a brace. I think she does sometime, for stability while she runs.

    Keep going. Last week was a low mileage week for me, but here is a fresh start on Monday!
